By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, including researching our Consulting Solutions, Portfolio, and Ventures & Platforms, and contacting us about potential engagements, employment, or partnerships. You agree not to misuse the Site or interfere with its normal operation.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, the DGL Solutions mark, diagrams, page design, and underlying code — is the property of DGL Solutions LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, unless otherwise stated. Published works under the DGL Publishing Imprint — including titles such as The Art of Inner Warfare, I Forgot To Live, and the rest of our catalog listed on the Ventures & Platforms page — remain the intellectual property of their respective authors and DGL Publishing Imprint, and are governed separately by standard copyright law and any applicable publishing agreements.

4. Services & engagements

Descriptions of our Consulting Solutions, Portfolio, and Ventures & Platforms on this Site are provided for general informational purposes and do not, by themselves, constitute a binding offer. Any consulting engagement, software delivery, publishing arrangement, or venture partnership will be governed by a separate written agreement between DGL Solutions LLC and the relevant client, author, or partner, which will set out scope, fees, timelines, and specific terms.

5. Prohibited conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site without permission.
• Use the Site to transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.

6. Products, ventures & divisions

Our product Ennosale and future digital products, along with titles under development through DGL Publishing Imprint, may be described as "Coming Soon," "Launching Soon," or "In Development." Client engagements such as SoulCare Space and Psychologist.App are described based on the scope of DGL's involvement at the time of publication. These statuses and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Availability, pricing, and features of any product will be confirmed at the time of launch.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by DGL Solutions LLC. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination
